Tingirana Noosa
Perfectly situated between Hastings Street and Noosa Beach, Tingirana Noosa is a stone’s throw from some of Noosa’s best cafes, restaurants, bars, and boutique shopping and is only steps away from the beach and a short drive from the Noosa National Park. Though it’s not just Tingirana’s unbeatable central, absolute beachfront location that makes it an obvious place to stay when in Noosa, as its rooms and amenities are second to none also.
Tingirana Noosa first opened in October 2000 and the entire resort was upgraded in 2017 to the current Hamptons style luxury accommodation. The entire resort was rebuilt, from reception, rooms and guest facilities, including the pool.

THE ROOM.
Tingirana Noosa offers 36 modern and stylish guest apartments, inclusive of one and two-bedroom beachfront apartments as well as smaller studio apartments overlooking Hastings Street. Like the entire resort, all the apartments are Hamptons-inspired in design and feature comfortable beds with luxe fabrics and furnishings, bathrobes, hairdryers, and free amenities. Plus, all beachfront apartments offer a full kitchen, lounge, and dining areas opening out onto private balconies, whilst studio rooms include a kitchenette.
During our time at Tingirana Noosa, we stayed in a Hastings Street Studio Room, located on the Hastings Street side of the building. Although significantly smaller in size than the beachfront apartments the room is well designed, beautifully finished and has everything you need, making these rooms an ideal choice for a short stay and an affordable way to make use of the resort’s impressive amenities and central location.
AMENITIES.
Tingirana is home to Noosa’s only infinity-edge swimming pool and overlooking the beach, it’s the perfect place to spend the day. The pool is twenty metres in length and is heated all year round also. In addition to the gorgeous lap pool, Tingirana offers a gym, spa, and guests lounge, plus complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas are available for use during guests’ stay.
DINING.
There are on-site dining options at Tingirana Noosa, however, Season Restaurant is situated just below the property (in fact accessible from the pool area) and offers room service and poolside service for resort guests. Otherwise, guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks to enjoy poolside - though strictly no glass.
Beyond Season Restaurant, being situated on Hastings Street, there is no shortage of places to eat and drink closeby!
